Communication/Administrative Skills
Well experienced working in office environments utilizing copy, fax, phone, and other office machines. Ability to type 40-50 words per minute.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills. I work well within a team or independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication/penmanship skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish.
I have experience with supervision of small teams of no more than 5 as well as training of new employees.
I work well in fast paced environments, and work well under pressure.

Computer/Technical Skills
With 13 yrs of computer experience, I have gained intermediate to advance self-studied knowledge on numerous computer applications.
I have a wide variety of knowledge in numerous Microsoft applications which include but are not limited to building and managing home and small office networks, installation of hardware/software, and various types of technical support.
Software I am proficient in: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook), Movie Maker, Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, Flash, PDF, CoffeeCup
I have 5 years of self studied web design experience. I currently manage and design 2 websites which I own. I use Dreamweaver to design web pages. I am knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL.
